Infinix Android 12 Update: Everything You Need to Know
Infinix is a budget-oriented smartphone company. They make some very good budget smartphones and their devices sell a lot. In recent times, they tease a new phone namely Infinix Zero X with a whopping 160W fast charging technology, 108MP+8MP+8MP Triple rear camera, 48MP front selfie shooter, and a lot more. Their devices boot up on custom XOS skin on top of Android. The OEM is already rolling out the latest Android 11 to their devices. But many are concerned about the Android 12 update in their devices; which is expected to start rolling out to the public by end of the year. It’s currently under beta testing.
The Android 12 brings a complete overhaul to the Android history. It brings all new privacy features, the new Material You design, a new user interface, new icons, new permission, and privacy manager, and much much more. There are many OEMs, which provide two Android updates to their smartphones. And if Infinix somehow managed to roll out Android 12 to the device which booted up on Android 10 out of the box then we will see several Infinix phones in the Android 12 eligible devices list. The list includes budget devices starting from Infinix Smart HD 2021, Infinix Smart 4, Infinix Smart 4 Plus, Infinix Smart 5, Infinix Note 7, Infinix Note 8i, Hot 9, Hot 9 Pro, Hot 9 Play, Hot 10, Hot 10 Play, Hot 10 Lite, Infinix Zero 8, Zero 8i and Infinix S5 Pro at last.
Again, this is not an official list of eligible devices, you can take this list as a pinch of salt. If Infinix has given the proper details about their software update rollout plan, we have might give you a better and accurate list of devices. Also, there is no roadmap given by the company too.
