iOS 15.4.1 Jailbreak Status: Can you Jailbreak your iPhone?
Apple recently released iOS 15.4 and iOS 15.4.1 which brought new features and fixed several bugs, including the battery draining issue. With every new version of iOS, Apple is making it more and more difficult to jailbreak your iPhone. Clearly, Apple does not want you to jailbreak your iPhone. Jailbreaking will also void your iPhone’s warranty. This is too problematic if you want to jailbreak your iPhone.
If you want to jailbreak your iPhone, then you might consider not updating your device to the new version of iOS as it becomes more difficult to jailbreak your iPhone with newer versions of iOS. Apple is now releasing point updates like iOS 15.1, 15.2, 15.2.1, 15.3, 15.3.1, 15.4, and 15.4.1 which are bringing new security patches and bug fixation. This makes it harder for executing jailbreaks. So if you want to jailbreak your iPhone, do read this post till the end.
Is iOS 15.4.1 Jailbreak Possible?
Jailbreaking on older devices is not an issue. If you have an iPhone X or older, then you can easily jailbreak your iPhone using Checkra1n as Apple can do nothing in the software to prevent jailbreaking. If your iPhone is running on iOS 15.4.1 then you will have to wait for the jailbreak tool. Sadly, it is not yet available.
If you have a newer iPhone like the iPhone 13, then you might be unhappy as it is currently impossible to jailbreak newer iPhones running OS 15.1, 15.2, 15.2.1, 15.3, 15.3.1, 15.4, and 15.4.1. This means that you should probably update your device to the latest version of iOS provided by Apple. This will mean that you will not miss out on new features of iOS. This doesn’t mean that there is no possible jailbreak in future. But it may take a long time for the jailbreak to arrive which isn’t worth keeping your iPhone outdated.
Jailbreak is possible on older versions of iOS. But on iOS 15.4 and 15.4.1, it currently seems impossible to jailbreak iPhones.
