Realme PC Connect to seamlessly switch between PC and Android smartphones

On August 18th, realme will release its first laptop in the country, it will reportedly come with the latest Intel 11th generation chipsets. The realme laptops will be named Realme Book. In realme’s official social media accounts, the business has already begun promoting the future realme book. But now, the CEO of Realme India, Madhav Seth has confirmed a new upcoming feature of Realme Book on its Twitter handle via Gizmochina.

Realme PC Connect Feature

Many smartphone manufacturers include a customized function in Windows OS that allows users to switch and operate their PC from their phones. Samsung DEX+, MIUI+ (undergoing beta testing) and HUAWEI Muti screen support are great examples of this. Realme has also teased something related to this. It will be called the Realme PC Connect feature.

Realme’s user interface is built on ColorOS, as we all know. ColorOS 12 will include a similar feature called Cross-Screen Interconnection which will be available soon. We believe that both features are identical, except that Realme will implement them under a different name in the Realme UI. The image shared in the tweet further reveals that users can directly use the PC connect feature from the control panel of Realme UI. Apart from that, there isn’t much we can say regarding the future realme PC connect feature.

Realme Book Specifications

As for the specifications, the Realme Book might offer a 14-inch 2K resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio. The laptop’s renders are already available on the internet. It will be powered by an Intel i3 11th generation chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of SSD storage. It is also said that it will come with a 65W Type-C charger. It will boot up on Windows 10 operating system out of the box but realme has further confirmed that it will grab the Windows 11 update soon.
