Redmi Note 10 Pro with 108MP Camera May Launch in India Soon
Recently a Xiaomi smartphone received numerous certifications for the model number M2101K6G. Certification platforms like EEC, MCMC, IMDA, and FCC approved the device. In the FCC certification, it was seen that the name behind the model number M2101K6G is known as the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Today the model number M2101K6I also got approved from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which means the Indian variant of Redmi Note 10 Pro is also heading to India. Moreover, another device bearing model number M2101K6P has bagged certification from the BIS as well. This device could be a lower or higher variant of the Redmi Note 10 series but we can’t tell it for sure.
Numerous specs surfaced on the FCC listing for the Redmi Note 10 Pro. The listing revealed that the device will come in three variants- 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. Further features include dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth and will also come with the latest MIUI 12.
A recent leak (via Xiaomiui Telegram Channel) claims that there will be a 4G variant for the Redmi Note 10 Pro with the moniker “sweet pro” and it could be equipped with a 108-megapixel S5KHM1 camera. Since the leak specially mentioned 4G variants so we think that the higher variant may come with 5G connectivity.
As for the release date, it is not announced officially but the predecessor Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max were launched in March in India so we could hope that the Redmi Note 10 series may shed light on February end or early March of 2021.
