Tecno Spark 7 Specifications Revealed via Leaked Retail Box Image

Tecno launched the Spark 6 smartphone last year along with a toned-down version called Spark 6 Go. Now they are continuing on with the series with the launch of the Tecno Spark 7 just around the corner. We don’t have a launch date for the device yet, but TechYorker has managed to get a couple of images of the packaging box. The box reveals some of the key specifications of this upcoming Tecno device.

According to the retail box, the Tecno Spark 7 will feature a huge 6,000 mAh battery which together with a low powered processor will provide amazing battery life. We know nothing specific about the processor except the fact that it will be an octa-core processor. We can expect to see a MediaTek Helio G series processor (Possibly Helio G80) powering this device.

In terms of display, it will feature a 6.5-inch HD+ panel with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels. The company is moving from a drop notch display seen with the Tecno Spark 6 Go to a dot notch display in the Tecno Spark 7.

As for the cameras, we will see a 16MP dual rear camera setup with support for smile Snapshot that will allow users to capture selfies with just a smile. There will be a quad flash at the rear and a dual flash at the front. Additionally, we will see an 8MP selfie camera at the front. As for the sensors, we will have a G-Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, and a physical Fingerprint Sensor.

Recently, a new Tecno smartphone with model KF8 has been spotted on FCC, Google Play Console Listing via PriceBaba, and Geekbench via Abhishek Yadav. All these listings reveal the device will be called Tecno Spark 7 Pro. Specifications include Helio G80 SoC, Android 11, 4GB+128GB variant, display with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 320 PPI, and a 5000 mAh battery with a 10W charger. FCC also reveals the rear panel of the device points to a possibility of triple rear camera modules in a vertical set-up. This suggests Tecno is planning to launch Tecno Spark 7 Pro alongside regular Tecno Spark 7.
